Established in 1983, Waldee Services (Community Rehabilitation Services) is recognized as specializing in community-based assessment, rehabilitation and long-term support for survivors of traumatic brain injury. The community-based model takes a comprehensive approach to meeting our clients' needs through an interdisciplinary team and providing cognitive, psychosocial and physical rehabilitation in the community in the environments where our clients live, work and play.

The overal goal of Waldee Services is to provide assessment and rehabilitation services, which enable clients to improve their quality of life by maximizing responsible self-direction and effective functioning within the community. Waldee Services focuses on independence, community reintegration and long-term monitoring and intervention for individuals and families who have experienced traumatic brain injury. The emphasis is always on goal oriented practical application involving actual tasks, activities and behaviours that clients must deal with in their own lives.

We are committed to providing long-term supports in the community to survivors of traumatic brain injury who need this level of service. In order to achieve long-term quality of life for individuals who have experienced brain injury it is often necessary to provide services in the community throughout a person's entire lifetime. Once clients have completed our rehabilitative treatment and training programs additional services are provided for those clients who need them in order to meet their long-term needs. These services can also be provided to clients who have received treatment or training from other programs and facilities that do not provide for long-term needs.

Rehabilitation Services are provided throughout the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and Vancouver Island.

This degree of experience, and the related expertise of the members of our team, enable us to assess the long-term consequences of traumatic brain injury for law firms involved in brain injury litigation.
